Return and Refund Policy

Glitzy Hair and Beauty has a strict NO REFUND Policy!!!!!!!!

Any cancellations must be done 24 hours before your appointment otherwise your deposit will be lost, no shows or cancellations on the day mean you will automatically loose your deposit.

Customers are entitled to one change of an appointment but after this you will have to start the booking process again by making a new appointment online and paying another deposit.

If for any reason I have to cancel your appointment a full refund will be granted.

Customers who pay online then change their mind are not entitled to a refund but you may change the service you want or the date you would like to have the service. This is only permitted once and once only.

Glitzy Hair and Beauty also have a Zero tolerance policy so if your appointment has been cancelled in relation to breaching this policy you will not receive a refund. 

Respect, manners and courtesy must be upheld at all times during your salon visit, if not you will be kindly asked to leave and no future visits will be permitted.
